Covid-19 Safety Protocols
At this time masks are optional for patients and therapist.
When you arrive, please advise the individual at the front desk that you are here for a massage appointment and they will direct you to the waiting area. If the front door is locked, text the therapist and wait outside the front entrance. If you like to have water before/during/after treatment, please bring your own water bottle.
The therapist will be following the guidelines and requirements set out by the College of Massage Therapist of BC (CMTBC) and the Provincial Health Officer (PHO) regarding sanitizing and PPE (personal protective equipment). The therapist has a gown that covers their clothing, a face shield and gloves to wear if the client requests them to do so or if the therapist feels it is necessary. Payment can be made by e transfer, debit, Visa/MC/AMEX or cash. The massage table and room (door handles, massage table, chair, stool, bench, oil bottle, pillows, light switches, and washroom) will be fully sanitized after each appointment. All laundry (sheets, blanket, face piece) used during treatment will be washed in hot water and dried on the hottest setting. All precautions are taken to ensure the safety and health of everyone who comes into the space.
