Massage Therapy Services in Vancouver

Registered massage therapy at 201–3077 Granville St in South Granville — every appointment starts with an assessment, not a script. We direct-bill more than 20 insurers.

Overview

We offer seven RMT-led treatments in South Granville, Vancouver: therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatal, sports and injury, relaxation, TMJ, and headache and migraine massage. Pick the one that sounds closest to what you're dealing with. The category you book is just where your therapist starts — every session opens with an assessment, and the hands-on work and home-care follow from what they actually find. None of it is spa pampering; it's treatment. And because Cascade sits inside Envision Physiotherapy, your RMT can loop in a physio, kinesiologist or dietitian when your needs run past massage. We direct-bill most extended health plans, and we see ICBC patients too.

Our RMT massage services

Therapeutic massage Vancouver — assessment-led treatment for tension, injury and pain

Therapeutic Massage

Our default for specific tension, an injury that won't settle, or pain that's hung around. If your shoulders and neck pay the price for a long day at a desk, this is the one. Assessment and home-care come standard.

Deep tissue massage Vancouver — firmer pressure for stubborn knots and chronic tension

Deep Tissue Massage

Slower, firmer pressure that works into the knots a lighter touch skims over. Good for muscle tension you've carried for months — and for bodies that train hard and ask a lot of them.

Prenatal massage Vancouver — safe side-lying care during pregnancy

Pre & Postnatal Massage

Side-lying, properly supported, for the low-back and hip aches pregnancy tends to bring on. We keep going after the birth, too — the postnatal weeks are their own kind of demanding.

Sports and injury massage Vancouver — recovery and injury prevention for athletes

Sports & Injury Massage

Built around what you're training for — race week, a nagging sports injury, or just turning sessions around faster. The work targets the specific demand your sport puts on you.

Relaxation massage Vancouver — calm, restorative treatment

Relaxation Massage

Gentle, unhurried, Swedish-style. When the goal is to drop your shoulders and let your nervous system reset rather than chase a specific problem, this is the session to book.

TMJ massage Vancouver — registered massage therapy for jaw pain and dysfunction

TMJ Massage

For jaws that click, clench or ache. We work the muscles around the joint to ease the tension — and often the headaches that ride along with it.

Headache and migraine massage Vancouver — RMT treatment for tension headaches

Headache & Migraine Massage

A lot of headaches start in the neck, shoulders and jaw. We treat the tight muscles that set tension headaches and migraines off, so the trigger eases rather than just the symptom.

Cascade Massage Therapy clinic entrance — 3077 Granville St, South Granville, Vancouver

South Granville Clinic

201-3077 Granville St, inside Envision Physiotherapy. On the Granville bus routes, with parking in the back-lane garage.

Stuck on which one to book? Start from the symptom, not the service name. Our guide to what massage therapy can help with covers back pain, headaches, TMJ and sciatica, among others. Or just tell us what's bothering you when you book — your therapist will sort out the rest.

Choosing a massage service: common questions

You don’t have to get it exactly right on your own. Pick whichever service sounds closest to what’s bothering you — deep tissue for stubborn knots, prenatal for pregnancy aches, sports and injury for training and recovery — and fill us in when you book. Your Registered Massage Therapist opens each session with an assessment and tailors the treatment from there. The category you chose just points us in a direction; it doesn’t lock you in.

Registered Massage Therapists are trained, regulated healthcare providers — registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC). They assess and treat the soft tissue of the body: muscles, tendons and connective tissue. That covers everyday tension and desk-related strain, chronic pain, sports and overuse injuries, jaw and headache patterns, and recovery before and after pregnancy. An RMT session is treatment-focused, not a spa service.

Yes, in most cases. Because every session is delivered by a Registered Massage Therapist, it’s eligible for extended health coverage, and we direct-bill more than 20 insurers. In most cases you only pay the portion your plan doesn’t cover. We also accept ICBC patients, though we do not direct-bill ICBC.

Yes. All seven are offered at our South Granville clinic at 201-3077 Granville St, inside Envision Physiotherapy. We share that roof with physiotherapists, pelvic floor physios, kinesiologists and dietitians — so if your needs run past what massage alone can do, your therapist can talk to a colleague down the hall or send you their way.
