A short trip west of Mount Pleasant

You can slot a session into a workday or catch it on the way home. Drive over, or take a short transit ride west.

A Registered Massage Therapist takes the whole appointment themselves, in a calm, quiet treatment room. Focused treatment, no upsell. We work inside Envision Physiotherapy, which is a multidisciplinary clinic, so your therapist can talk through your case with a physiotherapist or kinesiologist, loop in the pelvic floor team or a dietitian, or make a referral within the clinic when that's the better call. Most bookings are for posture and screen-related tension, the odd nagging injury, or simply an hour to let the nervous system settle. We build the session around what's actually going on with you. Nobody gets a stock routine.

The load that builds along the Main Street corridor

Mount Pleasant is thick with studios, agencies and home offices along the Main Street corridor, and on a weekday morning half the cafe tables are doubling as desks. Long screen-heavy days tend to settle into a familiar pattern: the head drifts forward, the shoulders round, and the neck and upper back carry the weight of it hour after hour. Forearms and wrists take their share too when the mouse and keyboard never stop. It rarely announces itself; it accumulates quietly until a stiff neck or a low-grade tension headache makes it hard to ignore.

Massage can help with that everyday desk-and-screen load. Working the neck, upper back, shoulders and forearms can ease the tightness that builds from long sitting, and a treatment plan spaced across a few weeks often does more than a single one-off session. We can't undo the hours at the screen, and we won't pretend a massage replaces moving, standing and stretching through the day — but it's a practical way to keep posture-related tension from settling in. If your work sits somewhere between creative deadlines and back-to-back calls, we'll build the session around where you actually hold it.

Yes. Long hours at a screen or workbench tend to load up the neck, upper back, shoulders and forearms, and to tighten the hips from sitting. Therapeutic and deep tissue massage address that pattern directly, and regular sessions can keep posture-related tension from building into headaches or chronic stiffness.

Live availability, including later-afternoon and early-evening slots, is shown in Jane App when you book online. One thing to note: the building's main entrance is locked after 7pm Mon–Fri and after 3pm Sat, so if you arrive after those times, dial 1201 on the intercom and we'll let you in.

Yes. We direct-bill most major extended health plans, and we accept ICBC patients. Bring your plan or claim details to your first appointment and we'll sort out the billing for you.
